Privacy Policy

O le Upu does not require an account. Your saved devotionals, reading streak, theme preference and cached daily entry are stored locally in your own browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is removed if you clear your browser storage.

This site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies on your device and may use web beacons (pixel tags), your IP address, device and browser information, and other identifiers as a consequence of ad serving on this site. These are used to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by Google at Google Ads Settings, and opt out of some third-party vendor cookies at www.aboutads.info. Where consent is required by law — for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — a consent mechanism may be provided before personalised advertising cookies are used, and Google-certified consent requirements apply to advertising shown on this site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Standard server logs may record IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and performance purposes. Aggregate analytics may be used to understand which devotionals and guides are most read. We do not sell personal information.

O le Upu is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You can clear locally stored data at any time through your browser settings. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@tupulabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
