Philippians 4:6 — Prayer

The church at Philippi was not free of problems. Paul commands them not to be anxious, not to stop thinking. The difference is where the thinking is placed — inside your own heart, or before God.

You do not need long prayers or beautiful phrasing. An honest statement of what is in your heart is enough. Today, whenever anxiety rises, turn it into a short prayer in that same moment. This is how worry becomes conversation with God.
